Everyone is invited to the Family Christmas Open House at the Vines on Saturday, December 1 from 2-4 p.m.  Come enjoy music, refreshments and help the Vines celebrate their first year of operation under new ownership. 

 

 

Some young volunteers from the Pediatric Place in Hoffman Estates will enjoy your company as they sing Christmas Carols for you on Sunday, December 2 at 4:00 p.m.  Come out and enjoy the music and socializing.

 

The first 3 Mondays in December will feature Holiday parties in the mornings.  Ask for details as these days approach.

 

 

A Big Band Christmas is the theme for our December outing to the Milk Pail in Elgin on Wednesday, December 5.  First we will partake of a delicious luncheon. Then the Ron Mills Orchestra, featuring vocalist Kate Rafferty, will entertain us with well known Christmas songs.  Be sure to sign up for this outing!

 

 

The morning of December 6 will find us donning our Christmas outfits as we take Christ

mas Photos of the residents at 10:00 a.m.  Each resident will have a chance to pose for these special pictures.

 

The duo of Me and Him will bring us some Christmas music on December 6 at 1:30.  They promise to have you dancing and swaying to their music as they play old familiar songs. What a great way to spend a December afternoon!

 

 

Faithway Baptist church will be joining us on Sunday, December 9 for Christmas caroling.  Everyone will want to be present as they sing your favorite Christmas songs at 3 p.m.  It’s a great opportunity to prepare your hearts for the holiday season.

 

Join us for the monthly trip to Wal-Mart on Wednesday, December 12.  You may find the perfect gift for a family member or friend or just pick up some needed toiletries or snacks.

 

 

Every resident will have a chance to send a special Christmas Card to their family on December 13 at 10:30 a.m.  Cards and stamps will be provided.  Just bring your addresses and we will help you prepare cards for your children—a treat they are sure to love!
